Firdaus's passion extends beyond serving clients. Since April 2021, he has conducted numerous trainings for various audiences including the public, his own clients, and other financial consultants (both within his agency and from others). As an MDRT qualifier, he shares his knowledge and expertise by training fellow consultants on specific processes to benefit the community. He has also assisted agency leaders in conducting trainings for new and senior consultants.
